Off Licence is a streetwear brand featuring ironic 3rd party graphic t-shirts for students to represent their University city. The Off Licence Clobber logo is referenced off of the 'Costco' logo. As most UK University student are notoriously strapped for cash, the budget wholesaler is a brand that the target market can identify with, whilst inspiring a degree of humour and irony due to it's hyper-commercial nature.
